What happens after you order?
Perpetua will first acknowledge your purchase by email, sending you a pdf file for a card you print on letter-size paper, sign and give to your recipient. We will then mail our DNA Kit to you, or if you like, you can reply the acknowledgment email and request that we sign your name to the card and send it directly to your recipient. The Kit (pictured at top right along with the card) includes a DNA cheekswab, instructions, order form with the above choices pictured , a brochure, and a gift bag. Gift orders can be fulfilled anytime between now and 2018 year-end.
